4DISEASE "Dizzy" is an artificial intelligence (AI) created by the government in 2004. Since its initial launch, it has been primed to recognize patterns in human communication. However, after a certain event transpired, the project was suspended, and the AI was abandoned. Its whereabouts are unknown even today.
